apologies once again for the late notice, but i’m taking the summer off to work on some other projects (a few articles, new syllabi, etc.). i’ll be back near the end of august with the full fall calendar and (i promise!) a more regular publication schedule.
a few things to look forward to in the meantime, though, are bam cinemafest, esopus’ screening of spettaculo, the joyce’s ballet festival and batsheva – the young ensemble, this ain’t no disco (a new rock opera from hedwig and the angry inch’s stephen trask), lincoln center’s presentations of the creation and mass, ivo van hove’s production of the damned, and the originalist at 59e59.
